This menu combines traditional flavors and careful cooking, starting with a selection of appetizers to share —Iberian assortments, Russian salad with Cantabrian anchovy, coca with escalivada, Iberian pork cheek cannelloni and Patagonian squid— and continuing with a main course to choose between hake puff pastry with prawn cream or Iberian sirloin with boletus and truffle sauce.
