Hotel Savoy is located in Alcoy, a town southeast of Spain in the Valencian Community, in the province of Alicante.  It is the capital of the region Hoya de Alcoy (l’Alcoiá).  The heart of the old town is located in a valley surrounded by Natural Parks crossed by the rivers, Riquer, Benisaidó and Molinar tributaries of the Serpis, and for this reason it is called the city of bridges.

It has a Mediterranean climate and is known for its cold winters with frequent frosts and snow, but a very hot summer.   It is a historical industrial city.  The water which moved waterwheels is what originally decided the laborious and industrial vocation of its inhabitants, with a bit a effort, imagination and courage it developed textile, paper and metal industries.

Surrounded by mountains, it has a unique combination of having one of the most genuine Mediterranean forests and in the same municipal, traces of what was the social change that brought the Industrial Revolution to Spain.

Hotel Savoy is located in the heart of the city of Alcoy, in the old town.  Only 50 m from the main square, Plaza de España, where all the atmosphere is during the Moors and Christians celebrations, declared of international tourist interest.

The city is surrounded by two Natural Parks, The Font Roja and Sierra de Mariola, a unique setting for any kind of outdoor activity related to nature.
